To retrieve a receipt for any purchase made in the Store, including education courses and memberships, please follow these steps:
- Login to your account from our homepage by selecting the "Login" button on the top right side of the screen.
- Select the "Shop" tab from the top navigation bar.
- Select "Previous Orders" from the right side of the page.
- Once you find the item you need a receipt for, select the envelope icon.
- Enter the email address you wish to send a copy of the receipt.
- Select the Send Email button.
If you are unable to find your receipt or you still need help, please Submit a Help Request at the Member Services Help Center.
