All cancellations and requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to United Soccer Coaches via e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. Telephone requests will not be honored.
For a full refund, you must notify the Exhibits Manager by 11:59 p.m. EST on September 29, 2018; for a 50% refund or your deposit or full payment, you must notify the Exhibits Manager by 11:59 p.m. EST on November 30, 2018. Refund requests will not be granted after 11:59 p.m. EST on November 30, 2018, no exceptions.
No refunds will be made on-site.
United Soccer Coaches is not responsible for any change/cancellation charges assessed by airlines, travel agents, hotels, or other similar vendors.
No refunds for meal ticket purchases or individual membership.
